时恵应该是取团购“限时优惠”的意思，google说：“Google时惠是一个搜索工具。团购信息的内容是从各团购信息提供方处自动检索到的，谷歌不对团购信息的内容承担责任。页面上团购信息的选择和出现的位置都由计算机算法自动生成。 ”
这些不稀奇，稀奇的是google是在cn域名上推出的服务….

“Google has launched a new portal in China that catalogs group buying deals, a return to activity there after pulling back from its operations in China more than a year ago.
The site is called Google Shihui, which can be translated to mean timely benefit in English. Google launched the site on Tuesday as a public beta through its Google.cn domain.
